I realized after talking to several guild members and looking from another perspective, that the attendance policy was rushed and in some ways invasive. I will be adjusting it to a more suitable, less invasive policy, hoping to promote attendance, not threaten for it. I apologize for my failed attempt, and will correct it promptly.
